Membership to the Economics Society of Northern Alberta is open to anyone with an interest in economics.

How much does ESNA membership cost?
Membership to the Economics Society of Northern Alberta costs $50 per calendar year. Memberships for a given year go on sale in the previous fall and are good from the time of purchase through to the end of the membership year.

Can anyone attend ESNA meetings?
Meetings of the Economics Society of Northern Alberta are open to the general public.

How much are ESNA luncheon presentations?
The cost of the ESNA luncheon presentations is $35 per person and members receive a $10 discount.

How can I pay for an ESNA luncheon presentation?
You can pay for ESNA luncheon presentations with cash or cheque at the event.

Does ESNA invoice for luncheon presentations?
It is not the policy of the Economics Society of Northern Alberta to invoice for luncheon fees. We are a small organization that runs its luncheon presentations on a cost-recovery basis. Invoicing for lunches may put the Society in a position where it cannot immediately recover the costs associated with providing the luncheon.

Does ESNA accept VISA or MasterCard to pay for luncheon presentations?
Currently the Economics Society of Northern Alberta accepts VISA or MasterCard to pay for luncheon presentations. Alternative methods of payment include cash or cheque at the time of the event.

Can I get confirmation for on my registration?
All email registrations will receive a confirmation. Phone reservations will receive a confirmation only upon your request.

How do I contact a particular person at ESNA?

What do I do if I have vegetarian or other special dietary needs?
We recommend that you take this up with the catering department of the hosting facility directly. Most ESNA meetings are held at the Edmonton Petroleum Club (474-3411). We have always found them and other facilities to be quite helpful. When you arrive at the meeting, please mention to the person at the ESNA reservation desk that you have made special arrangements for you meal so that we will be able to find you easily in the dining room.
